It’s essential to check in with the moon to gain a further sense of understanding of your thoughts, feelings and emotions. Actually noticing the phase of the moon right here and right now, can help you tap into energies that ultimately make you stronger!
For instance, new moons are all about fresh, new starts. At the beginning of every new moon, we should set our intentions for the next cycle. Likewise, full moons are about letting things go that no longer serve you. Think of it as a mental spring cleaning.
