10 Self-Love Practices You Can Do Everyday.


Self-love seems to be challenging for us all. So here are some ways to incorporate into your day every single day. Here's my list of the 16 things I do to get it in.


  1. Say "no"; it means you are saying "yes" to yourself.

  2. Silence. Answers can be found here. Plus we don't always need to fill up space.

  3. Schedule it, every day. You wouldn't forget an important appointment, so schedule self-love it's important.

  4. Breathe deeply, open your chakras, and feel your body open. Now let it marinate in your body

  5. Get outside for 5-10 minutes. Regardless of the weather, it will make you feel alive.

  6. Talk to friends, family, the dog, or yourself. You're not crazy you deserve to work out things out of your head.

  7. Experience your feelings....all of them. They are signs that you want to change. So go through the motions and notice what happens.

  8. Laugh. It burns calories, reduces stress hormones, reduces hypertension, and increases the oxygen in your body.

  9. Own your awesomeness. We are unique in our own ways. Celebrate it with no apologies.

  10. Write a love letter to yourself. Remind yourself of why you rock and the unique brightness you bring to the world.
