What Is Fear? 6 Things You Can Do About Fear

Fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by the threat of danger, pain, or harm. 

When fear isn’t dealt with, this can cause anxiety and make you worry about things unnecessarily.

At the end of the day, fear is totally normal!

Everyone is afraid of something, however little or small it may be.

There’s so many different fears that you can have. There’s fears that are rational and irrational. Rational fears are those that could happen. And irrational ones aren’t linked to you so much. 

Coming out of a global pandemic, we may have some worries about what the world and society is going to be like…

I’m with you. Take it at your own pace and be gentle with yourselves, beautiful souls. 

What can we do about fear?


  1. Journal about it - One way to tackle fears is to acknowledge them. Write about it, get all of your thoughts out on paper. You’ll feel lighter for it, I promise. 

  2. Exercise more - Exercising is super good for anxiety relief as it’s a release and it boosts your endorphins. 

  3. Meditate - Quiet your mind and meditate for a few moments. 

  4. Face it, if you can - Don’t push your boundaries to the point where it’s detrimental, but if you’re scared of something that you really want to work on,then think up a game plan, and get there. Anything can be achieved, beautifuls!
