The Art of Being Self Aware

Being self-aware is all about self-evaluation, self-reflection and finding our truths. As much as we speak of self-care, I do think it’s possible that we skip out on looking towards ourselves and being aware of why we are the way we are.

For me, I’ve always found self-awareness as looking at our own strengths and weaknesses and always assessing how we can improve ourselves. It’s simply, looking in the mirror, but not just at your appearance but also what’s inside.

Hi all! I just wanted to check in during these ever changing unprecedented times. Since Covid was announced as a pandemic in March, life took a whole new turn for us all. Now as we emerge into September and the season of fall, we’re blossoming in this ‘new normal’. As we put on our hat, coat and scarf now, we must always remember our protective face masks, and that’s not the only thing that’s changed in our routine.

As we enter a new month of September, a lot will change. The swift transition of summer to fall is certainly one of the most beautiful changes we experience within the year. Whether it’s the color of the leaves turning green to orange or the weather getting colder, September brings about a lot of growth.

In my own work, change is something that my clients and I tackle a lot. Heck, in my own personal life too, change is inevitable.

What Are Emotions and Why Does It Matter? 


Today, I’m going to be talking about the question I’m asked about by my clients the most… What exactly are emotions? I talk about emotions a lot, I’m an emotional and energy wellness coach. It comes in the title! Emotions are something that we experience on a daily basis, mainly continuously.

Our emotions activate different parts of our body, being and result in a single expression of ourselves. It creates each and every relationship that we have.

Why Is Self Confidence So Important?

Over the past few weeks, I have been boasting the best ways to improve self confidence from taking up yoga to self care. I for one have been trying these methods out first hand and the effects have been plentiful.

Simply, self confidence is important because you are important. We as beings truly deserve to live confidently in the world we live in. Our lives are short, complicated and most of the time wonderful. Working towards improved self confidence can make those not so wonderful days, brilliant.
