I’m super passionate about beauty and natural beauty. When we see our own beauty, we are able to see the beauty of life, and that’s what self-love is all about. 

Feeling beautiful is important for our self-esteem and confidence. But that doesn’t mean that we must comply with a one size fits all beauty standard - remember beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Today, I want to help you find your light and your beauty on the outside AND the inside. For me, it’s all about making time for myself in the form of routines.

Here are my top 6 tips for looking and feeling more beautiful, every day! 

1. Keep it simple - A beauty no-no is over-doing it with products. While some products work wonders, applying too many can actually be detrimental to your skin quality. 

Make sure to wash your face regularly and wear moisturizer. Then, if you want to add steps such as cleanser, toner, and oils, look out for skincare products that are more on the natural side.

2. Sleep - Getting your beauty sleep really is a thing! By sleeping enough hours each night, you’ll have fewer wrinkles, lighter under-eyes, and a more positive outlook on life!
