Having good confidence is a state of mind, beautiful souls. 

Dove found that over 50% of women find themselves to be their own worst critics.

It’s definitely important to be confident and happy with yourself. If you aren’t confident, anyone can see it.

1. Remind yourself, what do you want to be more confident in?

Do you want to be more confident in a skill, beauty, work, or socially? Once you decide what you want to grow in, it’ll come all the easier.

2. Journal and write about your successes

Sometimes, it’s hard to be kind to ourselves. I recommend buying a journal and being positive about what you’ve done each and every day.

3. Take awe walks

Be mindful and grow your confidence by spending time alone. I love taking awe walks to boost my mood and to exercise while you’re at it.

4. Do one thing every day that scares you

Eleanor Roosevelt said it! Every day, make sure to try something new and scary. This will help you learn what you’re good at, and what you can improve.
