As we enter the month of October, we want to leave behind all things that don’t serve us any longer. This means anything that is holding us back. This month is all about playfulness, growth, and embracing the change in energy.

  1. What is holding you back?

First things first, what is stopping you? In order to work this out, you must be self-aware and be able to listen to your body and your soul (my recent blog can help you with this in more detail). Is it your relationship, anxieties, job, general perspective? 

Once you can clarify this, then you’re ready for the next step...


2. Why? How long? What started it?

Think back to when it all started. How long have you been carrying this with you? Wouldn’t it be great to let those troubles leave your body, mind, and soul?


3. Heal and let that go.


A lot of the time due to our busy schedules and distractions, we don’t let ourselves heal in the ways we need to. Invest in self-care and allow love to take over.
